Do I need to return the product?
No. We don't ask you to ship soap back. If you're not happy, keep it or pass it along — we'll still refund you.
Damaged or defective orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
Late or missing refunds
